Getting to yes with yourself

Kind of basic - nothing earth shaking but still good concepts, clearly stated. The author's background is impressive, as are his personal experiences.

I frankly cannot recommend this book enough -- it's about how to actually walk the talk within yourself first--before you try to influence others in Getting to Yes. I listened to it once and have hit the "replay" button!.
